Tree ServiceSacramento

A simple plan to make your phone ring.

Two parts. First we build your home online. Then we send people to it. You only pay for the second part after you have seen the first part and you are happy with it.

What we talked about

Your work is not the problem.

You cut trees. You do it safely and you clean up after. That part is already good.

The problem is smaller than you think. Right now, when somebody in Sacramento has a tree problem, they do not see your name. Not because you are worse. Because you are not on the screen they are looking at.

That is the whole job. Get your name on that screen. Then keep it there.

FIRST

A big branch falls in the night. Or a tree starts leaning toward the roof. The homeowner gets scared.

THEN

They pick up the phone and type "tree removal near me". They do not drive around looking for a truck.

AND THEN

They call the first two or three names they see. Those names get the job. Same day. Cash in hand.

If your name is not on that screen, you never even got a chance to give a price. That is the money you are losing.

Part 1 $1,500 · one time

We build the four places people check before they call you.

Think of it like a new truck. You buy it once, you own it, and then it works for you every day after that.

Asset 01

Your own website

One clean page. Your photos. Your phone number in big letters. A "Call Now" button they can press with their thumb.

What it does for youNo thinking, no searching. They land, they see a real company, they press call. Ten seconds.

Asset 02

Google Business Profile

That map box that pops up when someone types "tree service near me". We set it up properly, put you in the right areas, and turn on a system that asks your happy customers for a review after every job.

What it does for youThis is the big one. Most emergency calls come from here. Real reviews from real jobs make people pick you over the guy next to you.

Asset 03

Facebook page

A proper business page. Logo, photos, hours, service areas, phone number. Not a personal profile — a real business page.

What it does for youPeople check Facebook before they trust a stranger with a chainsaw near their house. And this is where the ads run later. No page means no ads.

Asset 04

Instagram profile

A clean feed full of your best before-and-after shots, set up so it feeds from the same posts as Facebook.

What it does for youTree work looks incredible in pictures. Huge ugly tree, then clean open sky. People save it and send it to friends. It makes you look like the biggest crew in town.

Included in Part 1 · Real work, not samples

Every job you finish becomes an advert.

You do not have to learn design. You do not have to write a single word. After a job you take two photos on your phone — one before, one after — and send them to us.

We build them into posts like the ones below. These are live posts we made for JPS Tree Service, a real crew running this exact system. Yours will carry your logo, your number and your star rating.

JPS Tree Service crew advert showing eleven crew members in front of a chipper and truck, with services, phone number and Google rating

Nothing on this is decoration.

Every single thing on a post is there to answer a worry the homeowner already has in his head. That is why these work.

  • The crew photo. He is about to let strangers near his roof. Seeing eleven real men in work boots settles that in one second.
  • The star rating, right on the picture. Proof before he even clicks. He does not have to go looking for it.
  • "Licensed & Insured" up in the corner. That is the number one fear. Killed before he can ask.
  • The phone number in huge type. Half these people never visit the website. They just call from the post.
  • Your logo on every one. After six weeks of scrolling past you, he starts thinking you are the big company in town.

Before and after sells tree work better than any words can. The job does the talking.

How long it takes

Twenty days. Thirty at the very most.

We are not going to leave you waiting and wondering. Here is the order we build it in, and you will see each piece as it goes live.

Days 1–7

We collect your photos, logo and service areas. Website gets built and goes live.

Days 8–14

Google Business Profile set up and verified. Review system switched on.

Days 15–20

Facebook and Instagram built. First batch of before-and-after posts goes out.

Days 21–30

Buffer. Anything you do not like, we change it. Then we hand everything over.

Proof

We have already done this. Go look.

We have worked with tree companies and nothing else since 2019. Not restaurants, not dentists, not gyms. Seven years of learning what makes a homeowner with a dangerous tree pick up the phone.

These are two tree companies we built from nothing. Open them on your phone. That is exactly what your customer will see.

The checkpoint

Now you stop and take a look.

Part 1 is finished and handed to you. You decide what happens next. If you are happy with what we built, we move to Part 2 and start bringing you jobs. If you are not happy, we stop right there.

Either way, you keep the website, the Google profile, the Facebook page, the Instagram and every post we made. No contract that traps you. No cancellation fee.

You own everything No monthly fee until you say go Cancel any month
Part 2 $3,000 / month · only if you say yes

Now we go out and get you the jobs.

Part 1 catches the people who are already looking for you. Part 2 goes and finds the people who have not looked yet.

We put your before-and-after work in front of homeowners in Sacramento on Facebook and Instagram. A man scrolling on his couch sees a huge dead tree turn into clean open sky — and remembers the one leaning over his own garage.

The numbers

What you put in, and what we are aiming to bring back.

You put in each month $3,000 $1,500 ad money to Facebook, $1,500 to us for running it.
We aim to bring back $8k–$15k In booked and completed tree jobs from those ads.
Left in your pocket $5k–$12k After the ad money and our fee are both paid for.
Straight talk about these numbers

This is a target, not a promise. It is what we have seen this exact setup do for tree companies. New ads need a few weeks to learn who your best customer is, so month one is mostly about gathering information. Month two and three are usually the stronger ones.

Anybody who promises you an exact dollar figure on day one is guessing. We would rather show you the real numbers every day and let you judge us on them.

What you actually see from us

Money, all in one place

No hidden costs. This is everything.

What it isWhenWho gets the moneyAmount
Foundation build — website, Google, Facebook, Instagram, posts One time, to start Tree Services Marketing LLC $1,500
Facebook & Instagram ad money Monthly, only after you approve Part 1 Facebook — paid on your own card $1,500
Running the ads — creative, testing, tracking, leads Monthly, only after you approve Part 1 Tree Services Marketing LLC $1,500
To get started today — Part 1 only $1,500
Every month once the ads are switched on $3,000

And when it works, we grow it together. Once you can see the jobs coming in and you are comfortable, we raise the ad budget. Slowly, and only when you say the word. More ad money in a working system means more trucks busy — but we will never raise it behind your back.

Your part

What we need from you. It is a short list.

About thirty minutes of your time, total. We handle everything else.

Next step

Say the word and we start this week.

Send back a yes and we will send you a short list of what to gather. Your website can be live within seven days of that message.

If anything here is unclear, call me and I will explain it again in plain words. No pressure and no sales talk — I would rather you understand it properly than sign something you are unsure about.
